Refunds for: Services not delivered as described, technical issues, duplicate charges, cancellation within timeframe, damaged/defective products, non-delivery.

4.3 Timeframes

Physical products: 14 days in original condition. One-time services: 24 hours if not commenced.

Refunds processed in 7-14 days to original payment method. Processing times vary by provider.
